Burning Bridges

0
He's been unsettled all summer. Who would have guessed that Real Madrid's chasing of Cristiano Ronaldo would have the effect, not of bringing the Portuguese winger to Madrid, but of driving away one of last season's fans' (and the readers of this blog's) favourites?

It's been on the cards since Wagner Ribeiro, Robinho's agent, said last month that the player felt "undervalued" and that there was interest from Chelsea. Click to continue reading...

Michael Phelps broke Mark Spitz' gold medal record last night -an amazing feat, indeed. Is Robinho as good as his agent says he is?

0
There is no doubt that Robinho is a fine player. He hasn't quite hit the heights as being one of the 'greats' yet but he is very, very good. Having said that, it seems that he may have beliefs about his own ability that haven't really yet been proved on the pitch. Robinho's agent has revealed the Brazilian's anger and dismay at his treatment by Real Madrid, saying that he should be treated as the best player in the world, but they treat him just as a normal player. The everlasting Robinho saga

3

Does anyone want to explain this whole Robinho ordeal to me? Seriously, I've got no idea what's going on.

Just a day ago, the pint-sized Brazilian was quoted in an array out media outlets saying: "I hope to remain at Real Madrid this year. Now I am only thinking about Madrid. I am not prepared to enter into the operation to sign Cristiano"

Scratch that.

Hitchcock Loses Power With FCD

A move (or two) that I felt was overdue by FC Dallas.
