INCOMING: Ulises de la Cruz to Red Bull New York?

According to an interview by futbolecuador.com Ecuador's legendary defender, Ulises de la Cruz is considering a move to the MLS. De la Cruz is very interested in playing in the United States soccer league. He mentions:
