TFC Gets Kambere On Loan

Facing an immense player shortage this weekend as a result of Major League Soccer's inability to schedule around FIFA international dates, Toronto FC has reached out to the Vancouver Whitecaps to have defender Diaz Kambere join the MLS outfit in a one-match loan deal.Kambere, 22, will be suiting up for TFC's home match on Saturday against Chivas USA and will then return to British Columbia to be available for the Whitecap's game on Sunday versus the Minnesota Thunder. REPORT: Was Red Bull Pitch Invader A Former MLS Player?

If one watched the Saturday Match between Red Bull New York at home to Kansas City Wizards, one might have seen a man in a Red Bull jersey and jeans jump over a considerable wall and on to the pitch without spilling a drop of beer to celebrate with the players after Danleigh Borman's goal in the 80th minute (shown below beginning at 1:00):



MLSR has learned that it is possible this man was former Red Bull, Tim Regan shown at right below:
