Willard & Bolivar Misbehaviour

3

Well, I just got done deleting half-a-dozen rude and unnecessary comments from my website posted by young men from Bolivar and Willard. That makes my life easier however because I can now eliminate them from my coverage efforts for the next few weeks for unsportsmanlike behavior. Grow up boys.

John Terry named England captain.

0
Couldn't have picked a better man.  Sportsmanship, maturity, respect for authority -- natch.  "England's Brave John Terry" has got it all. As usual, the Fiver nails it when comparing Ferdinand to Terry: Capello, like the Fiver, was obviously impressed at the way [Terry's] alter ego Mr Chelsea performed during the penalty shootout at this year's Big Cup [. As Your Daughter Heads Off To College To Play Sports

Consider this story about Mary Phyl Dwight from the KC Star today:

Dwight attended Raytown South before Title IX, and there were no organized sports teams for girls at most high schools then. Still, she played sports at every opportunity, including what used to be called "sports days" for girls, where they could compete against other schools.

Euro 2008 Applauds As Sweden Win For Football

Thank god. Thank you Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thank you Lars Lagerberg. Thank you Sweden. Tonight you have re-affirmed my belief and love of football with your win over Greece. Saying Good Bye

The region lost a pair of assistant coaches with the end of the season last week. There are a lot of hard-working folks involved in this community but an area of particular significance is when recent college graduates give back by working with local high schools. Nelson Morgan - A Pulaski County Soccer Pioneer

A son's letter...

The people who founded youth soccer, maintained it and now run it in the Waynesville-St.Robert area are numerous and otherwise unrecognized volunteers.
