I didn't write the headline to my article about the Olympic roster.

Not that I object to it per se, but I do find it a bit of a paradox, because one of my main points in the article was that the U.S. didn't send the strongest team they could have to the Olympics. Coach Peter Nowak made some excellent choices, especially with the 3 over age 23 players that he is allowed to select in Brian McBride, Brad Guzan, and Michael Parkhurst.

* I want to take a look at the disallowed goal a second time. It appeared to me that the two players who were offsides at the delivery of the ball were not the two that ended up playing the ball.

The Kansas City Wizards forward is set to pack his bling and make the move to Europe now that the European transfer window is open. The question is where will he go? Clubs all over England have been linked to the U.S. national team striker.
