Crewe could be just the tonic for Keane

0
This could be a double edged sword for Keane, if he scores, it should give him the confidence to relax and perform in subsequent games. On the other hand if he doesn't score against a team of Crewes calibre, that's bound to shatter his confidence even more than it already is.

This isn't the first and no doubt the last time that he has experienced goal scoring droughts. Click to continue reading...

Braziliant - Vitor Flora signs for Liverpool

2
Our Brazilian contingent at Anfield continues to grow with the free signing of 18 year old striker Vitor Flora from Botafogo FC. He's a skillful, clever and left footed striker, but Youtube clip (link) aside, I don't know much about him. With the sheer attacking quality we have at youth level, I'm not sure where Flora is going to fit in. Click to continue reading...

Loan could be good for Leto [and us]

0
I'm not sure what all the recent fuss was over Leto having his work permit turned down. He may have looked good playing for the reserves but was terrible whenever he played for the first team last season. With regards to our up and coming youth talent, he doesn't stand out in the way that the likes of Insua, Pacheco and Nemeth do. Click to continue reading...
