Rovers Eyeing Valencia Duo - Taller than Peter Crouch!

Blackburn Rovers are considering a double swoop of Valencia's Joaquin and Nikola Zigic. These two additions would greatly improve Paul Ince's side as they aim to replace the departed David Bentley (and possibly Roque Santa Cruz if he leaves).

Liverpool Sign Spanish Teenager

Liverpool have signed 18-year-old right-back Emmanuel Mendy on a free transfer from Spanish third division side Murcia Deportivo.

The Spanish teenager, who can also play at left-back, is expected to compete for a place in the reserve set-up overseen by Gary Ablett.

Liverpool sign 17-year-old Danish striker: Rafa keeps reeling ‘em in!

Let me be the first of many Liverpool supporters to admit the obvious: I know nothing about new Liverpool striker Nikola Saric other than the fact that he's very highly-rated. (Some say he's the top youth player on the Danish NT)

What I do know is that we did beat Tottenham and Barcelona to get his signature, so he must have some type of skill; I also found out that Rafa was beating down the door down at his local club, Herfolge, to make sure we were first in line.

Barcelona Have Agreed To Five Year Deal With Willian

Barcelona have agreed to personal terms with Shakhtar Donetsk wing-back Willian. The 19 year-old Brazilian's agent, Nikola Franco, told El Mundo Deportivo: "We reached an agreement on contract terms for five years." PDL Soccer: KC Brass Defeat Springfield Demize

On a 22nd minute goal by Levi Coleman from a cross by JD Warman, the KC Brass earned their third win over the Demize in the first month of the season. The Demize, while outshot by the Brass 7-3, had several opportunities to tie the game Friday night. A ball that fell near the 10-yard line in the box, following fine work by Eishun Yoshida on a free kick a few minutes after the Brass scored, as well as a shot on goal in stoppage time at the end of the first were the best early chances.
