¿Y donde están los goleadores?

0

Click to continue reading...

Robinson out for Thursday; Borgetti to Dynamo? The bosses say no

3
Look, just let it go, OK? Jared Borgetti isn't coming to Houston. Neither is German Villa. Don't believe everything the Mexican papers print. Perhaps a more sound piece of advice, don't believe everything players say. These days, it is trendy... Click to continue reading...

Monday Kicker: Transfer Talk

15
Another Monday Kicker here on WVHooligan.com. We are zeroing in on that summer transfer window to open up so of course there is a lot of talk right now in the world about a few players making their way to the MLS. Some are probably decent rumors, while others are probably nothing more than a [...] Click to continue reading...

Mexico 2 - 0 Belice, empienzan la angustia

13
Click to continue reading...

What will Eriksson do to Mexico?

2
As strange as it sounds, Sven-Goran Eriksson is Mexico's new coach. After failing to convince Javier Aguirre or Luiz Felipe Scolari to take the job, the Mexican federation went for the Swede to replace Hugo Sanchez.

Eriksson has about three months to learn his team and get them ready for World Cup Qualifying. Click to continue reading...

End of Borgetti Rumors

6
The denial from Wizards president Robb Heineman didn't seem to stop the rumors of Jared Borgetti possibly coming to Kansas City. But this news certainly will. Borgetti has signed with Mexican first division side Monterrey. In the end my feeling is that the whole Borgetti to MLS thing was just posturing by Borgetti and his agent. Borgetti Rumor Still Around

The rumors of Jared Borgetti coming to MLS and Kansas City have not gone away. A new article out today states that the deal is done for Borgetti to come to the league. Thanks to fireEagleCuauhtemoc on bigsoccer, we have a summary of the article. As I mentioned in a previous article, Colorado and KC are the favorites to land the Mexican striker. MLS Daily Sweeper, 12.13: A Contribution to MLS Underground’s New Direction; Stadiums; Collapsed Rumors; Parsed Trades

- For those who haven't seen it already, MLS Underground is under new management and, with that, is headed off in a new direction. And this isn't so much a sharp right-hand turn as it's a three-to-four-point turn with an e-brake slide. Rather than deal in its former insider-dish/rumor-hawking stuff (and I'm still baffled by [. MLS Daily Sweeper, 12.12: Gimme a Boswell for a Cochrane

If I learned just one thing yesterday, it was that waiting till the afternoon only caused storms in my brain. Hence, the Sweeper returns to its normal date and time. Not that this affects anybody, but I'm also considering changing my online handle...more on that when I figure it out. - Here I thought [. Click to continue reading...

Borgetti to KC?

5

The Wizards finally look to have some credible rumors about the signing of a designated player. Hoping to have the same affect as Blanco did in Chicago, Kansas City is apparently interested in Mexican international Jared Borgetti. Borgetti has turned down offers to play in the Ukraine and Russia, and is being looked at by both the Wizards and Colorado about him coming to play in MLS. Click to continue reading...
