Not to be outdone by their Pacific Northwest Rivals Portland, Vancouver Whitecaps FC has issued the following press release today, received by MLSR, which appears to involve getting supporters to do something special at an upcoming game.

MLS Commissioner Don Garber has made it clear, if Vancouver wants to be the second Canadian team in the league, they need a stadium.
