Football Fan Suing Ex-President for “Mental Torment”

Alexander Tomov is not a popular man with CSKA Sofia fans. Under his stewardship, CSKA's finances got so messy that the club were denied entry to this seasons Champions League. In an almost definitely related matter, the former club president has been charged with embezzlement, after £2.5 million went missing from the club's account.
