INCOMING: Ulises de la Cruz to Red Bull New York?

According to an interview by futbolecuador.com Ecuador's legendary defender, Ulises de la Cruz is considering a move to the MLS. De la Cruz is very interested in playing in the United States soccer league. He mentions:

"I talked with my friend Juan Pablo Angel [currently with the New York Red Bulls] and he [Angel] mentioned he is happy to play in the MLS since the press does not pay much attention to soccer.
