Club index page update and Club page layout changes

Due to the increase in the number of clubs in the Archive, we have now updated the Club index page layout, which has letter indexes.

Once more clubs are added, we will obviously need to add search (probably live search) to the club pages as well.

We have also updated the layout of the individual Club pages as well, an example here with Aberdeen's page.
