Image gallery and video sections added

We've added image gallery and video sections, to the site, along with an updated layout for the top navigation.

The image gallery section is intended to show off images that currently do not have any page of their own, any suggestions for images would be greatly appreciated.

With the video section for now, we'll be adding in YouTube videos for now, until we've found enough to make this into a proper section of it's own.
